This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.

Pool Cover Source offers a 3 year basic warranty on this product to the original purchaser from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. During this period Pool Cover Source will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective component.

This warranty does not apply to improperly installed, handled, abused, damaged by user error, nor to any unit which has been repaired or altered by unauthorized repair companies. Under no circumstances will the buyer be entitled to consequential or incidental damages. This limited 3 year basic warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary from state to state where you live. Batteries and plastic housings are not covered by warranty.

This product ships unassembled and will require easy and straight-forward assembly using common household tools. Detailed instructions are included.

Our Cotton Rope Hammock is made of the highest quality cotton for superior comfort-- meeting and exceeding standards for durability and strength. Using 1000 feet of cotton rope, the hammock body is constructed using a double-latch design adding greater comfort and strength. Hand-tied bowline knots are used and are designed to tighten when weight is applied. The hammock spreader bars are solid oak and triple hand dipped in marine spar varnish to preserve wood and protect against the elements. Heavy-duty zinc chromate plated hanging hardware is designed to resist rust.
