All Pool Cover Source products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Pool Cover Source will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components which fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alterations or repairs.
Pool Cover Source retains the exclusive right to repair or replace the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.
Procedure for Claims Under Limited Warranty:
To obtain warranty service, an original or copy of the sales receipt is required. Pool Cover Source reserves the exclusive right to either repair or replace the unit with a newly-overhauled (NOH) unit or new unit at its sole discretion. Step 1: Call Pool Cover Source Customer Service at 1.800.510.8325 and describe the problem you are experiencing and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking number. In addition to your original sales receipt, you will need to provide the unit serial number (if available), your return shipping address and a day time phone number.
Step 2: Ship the product, along with the RMA number, to Pool Cover Source. Once you have received your RMA number, pack the product securely and ship (insured) to the following address:

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
If shipment is found to be damaged after delivery, contact customer service immediately so a claim can be filed. Please retain all damaged items and shipping materials, as the carrier may need to perform an inspection.
