The horizontal swing cushions, positively plump with polyester fiberfill batting, are stitched from outstanding all-weather fabric to be resistant to staining, rotting, mold and mildew. The top layer is solution-dyed DuraCord®, our own top-quality synthetic, the most colorfast, fade-resistant outdoor fabric now made. That means these cozy stripes will remain flush with full color for many sublime fall days to come.
The swing's sense of outdoorsy warmth is further accented by a frame of Southern white oak, the individual wood pieces repeatedly hand-dipped in marine spar varnish to a lively glow of lovely honey-brown. We've swapped conventional hanging chains for strong, weather-hardy poly-coated wound-steel hanging cables, for a splash of streamlined contemporary flair that compellingly contrasts with, and compliments, our classic curved-oak swing design.
